Somatic Writing and Movement

Dear ones,

This Saturday, August 29th from 11am to 12pm, Lily Esposito will gather community to channel the Portal energies into somatic expression. 

Many of us are feeling called to open parts of ourselves that have been unexplored. This workshop is conducive to welcoming aspects of our greater being that don't often see the light, allowing us to uplevel our habitual alignments.

Lily is a budding energy sorceress, dedicated to the realignment of humans and nature. This time will be focused on the flow between our bodies, our minds, and our Earth. Please bring a pen and paper as well as any offerings and an open heart.

The Portal continues to be open for drop-in silent sits Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
