Beginning this week, Rosario's guided drum class will meet every Thursday from 4pm to 6pm.
The Portal continues to be open for drop-in silent sits Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm.
Dear friends and lovers of the drum,
The Language of the Drum with Rosario Carelli is beginning to channel real power within our community. We are blessed and honored to welcome these guided drum circles as a weekly event.
Every Thursday from 4pm to 6pm, the Portal will be dedicated to learning the beats, rhythms, and expressions that build collective soul power.
Rosario has been offering drum classes for decades, following the tradition of Nigerian drum master Babatunde Olatunji, with whom he had the great fortune of traveling while assisting in workshops and events.
Each week, some drums will be provided, but please bring your own if possible. All are welcome to participate. These classes are open to all abilities and no prior experience is necessary.
Suggested donation of $5 to $15, anything appreciated.
